Hello there!

Looking at many photos I wonder what kind of equipment some of the photos were taken with.
Perhaps a nice idea to share here what kind of camera's and/or lenses you use for the photos uploaded here.
Im looking forward to seeing what kind of stuff everybody here uses.

I'll start with myself;

Camera
Nikon D80 + D200

Lenses
Nikkor 10.5mm f/2.8 Fisheye
Nikkor 50mm f/1.8
Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 VR
Nikkor 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6
Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 (just new, bought to replace my 18-135mm, very promising so far)
Sigma 105mm f/2.8 Macro (also just new, hope to make some cool cockpit-macro shots soon!)

Memorycards
8Gb Extreme III Sandisk
16Gb Extreme IV Sandisk

Other
MC-36 remote control for extremely long exposures
Photoshop CS3 for RAW editing and the finishing touch
67mm polarisation filter

CAMERAS

Canon 30D
Canon 5D

LENS'

Canon 100-400
Canon 75-300
Canon 28-135 (rarely used)
Canon 24-105
Canon 18-55
Sigma 10-20

I also have a Canon 1.4 X Extender but I'm not keen on it.

I use a Canon RS-80N3 Remote Switch for long exposures.

I use mostly 1 Gig and 2 Gig CF's as I don't (yet) shoot in RAW so these are adequate.

I edit on Photoshop 7 on my 'big' PC but I have CS3 (and PS7) on the Laptop but I rarely edit pics there.

My first digital camera was a 4mp Olympus C750. a great wee camera that gave good results. I eventually sold it on ebay to part fund a canon 75-300IS lens.

Nowadays I mostly use a Canon 30D with the 100-400L IS attached.

For backup I've got a 400D (don't like it ) and the 75-300. I also use the Canon 10-20 and 24-100 zooms.

Snap! Used the C-750 for 4 years until a few issues persuaded me to buy the 560.

I'm surprised, Egon. Given the variation in your types of shot, I thought you'd have a huge list of equipment!
Your lenses are the same as mine, yet you get so much better results with that 50D!

I have:
Canon EOS20D
Canon PowerShot G9 (for working on the Ramp, or when discretion is required!)

Lenses
Canon EF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L IS USM
Canon EF24-105mm f/4 L IS USM
Sigma DC 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3

I don't have much "gadgetry", but probably the most important piece that I do have is a Hoya Polariser for the Canon lenses. (Have to make do with a Jessops polariser for the Sigma!)

Martin
