I'm surprised, Egon. Given the variation in your types of shot, I thought you'd have a huge list of equipment!
Your lenses are the same as mine, yet you get so much better results with that 50D!

Actually most of my shots here are made with my old kit (the 50D 100-400MM was only purchased in November)
Old kit was a Canon 350D and a Sigma 135-400MM which needed F/11 at 400MM to be sharp

For the last year ive been using a wee Olympus SP-560UZ carried around in a Tescos camera bag!

Well, the wee SP took a tumble at Dublin early July and a wee bit of damage became a split right through the battery cover!!! It still works but a scout around Ebay researching prices so i could buy a Nikon D90 or D5000 after xmas/new year/decorating, my attention was drawn to a Nikon D80 with no bids and a couple of hours to go.
